Indian man in Larnaca – No abduction, but victim of assault
A 22-year-old Indian man was initially reported missing and treated as a possible kidnapping victim. The Larnaca police were able to make contact with him via video conference and determined that he is free and was not abducted. Instead, he was the victim of an assault by fellow countrymen but refuses to file an official police report.
