INEOS Energy Expands with Shell in Gulf of Mexico
INEOS Energy announced a strategic partnership with Shell Offshore for oil and gas exploration in the Gulf of Mexico. INEOS is acquiring a 21 percent stake and is targeting development opportunities near the Appomattox platform.
