Inflation in Cyprus: Only Lithuania Has Higher Price Increases
The decline in inflation expected in spring 2026 was disrupted in August by a surprising rise. Cyprus now records the second-highest inflation rate in the EU after Lithuania, raising new concerns about the duration and intensity of price pressures on the Cypriot economy.
