Insolvency advisors encounter obstacles in credit restructuring
Insolvency advisors in Cyprus report numerous obstacles in restructuring client loans. The Association of Insolvency Advisors criticizes creditors – particularly banks and credit purchase companies – for introducing bureaucratic barriers and delays into the process. The Association is therefore calling for intervention by the intermediate authority and parliament.
