Insurers Must Justify Rejections of Motor Insurance Applications
The Cypriot House of Representatives has passed legislation amending motor liability insurance with 53 votes. The new regulation requires insurance companies to provide written justification for rejections of insurance applications and prohibits them from making arbitrary and unjustified refusals.
