Interamerican applies for takeover of Gan Direct insurance portfolio
The competition authority received a filing regarding the concentration concerning the takeover of the insurance portfolio of Gan Direct Insurance Ltd by Interamerican Hellenic Insurance Company. The takeover involves all insurance policies of Gan Direct that cover risks in Cyprus.
