Interior Minister: Local development requires strong communities and infrastructure
Cypriot Interior Minister Constantinos Ioannou stated that local development can be achieved through continuous improvements in living standards, better infrastructure, and close cooperation between the central government and municipalities. He spoke at the annual event of the Kellia municipal district and emphasized the successes of local administrative reform after two years of implementation.
