Investigation into Filo Jet disaster: Watertight doors open
Nine suspects in the case of the sunken ferry catamaran Filo Jet have been detained for a further seven days. Police reports indicate that the ship's watertight doors were open before departure, although they should have been closed. The ferry capsized and sank approximately four nautical miles off Kyrenia.
