Investigations into "Mafia State" - Private Prosecution Possible After Conclusion
Attorney General Giorgos Savvides reported to parliament's legal committee that following the conclusion of criminal investigations into the "Mafia State," a decision will be made regarding the appointment of a private prosecutor, provided that grounds for prosecution are established. Savvides also mentioned that without an exception clause "they would have hanged us."
