Iran and Oman Demand Transit Fees in the Strait of Hormuz
A regional official confirmed on Wednesday that a two-week ceasefire agreement gives Iran and Oman the opportunity to collect fees from ships passing through the Strait of Hormuz. Iran plans to use the collected fee revenues for its expenses.
