Iran files billion-dollar lawsuit against FIFA
An Iranian-American plaintiff has filed a one billion dollar lawsuit against FIFA, accusing the organization of "blatant discrimination." The lawsuit stems from Iran's possible exclusion from the 2026 FIFA World Cup. In addition to discrimination allegations, erroneous VAR decisions are also criticized.
