Iran Threatens to Sink US Ships in the Strait of Hormuz
A military adviser to Iranian Supreme Leader Khamenei warned on Wednesday that the country's armed forces are ready to "sink" American warships should they attempt to assume a "police role" in the Strait of Hormuz. The adviser criticized Trump's alleged intention to control this strategically important waterway and also contradicted calls for ceasefires in the region.
