Iranian Revolutionary Guards fire on tanker in Strait of Hormuz
Two tankers sailing under the Indian flag were fired upon by fast boats of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards as they attempted to pass through the strategically important Strait of Hormuz. The incident occurred shortly after the reopening of this critical shipping route. According to sources, there were no injuries in the incident.
