Israeli citizen arrested for murder and released again
An Israeli citizen was arrested in Cyprus to be extradited to his home country on murder charges. The Supreme Court ordered his release, after which the Court of Appeal ordered his re-arrest. The man was arrested based on a provisional arrest warrant from August 2025 issued by the president of the Nicosia District Court.
