Italian Blue Helmets Replace Desecrated Cross in Lebanon
Italian UN peacekeeping troops have replaced a statue of Jesus Christ that was damaged by Israeli soldiers in southern Lebanon. The incident in the village of Debel drew worldwide condemnation. The two soldiers involved were removed from combat duty.
