Italy Opens Honorary Consulate in Limassol
Italy has opened an honorary consulate in Limassol, with Cyprus-born Antonella Mantovani officially taking office as honorary consul yesterday. She received the exequatur from the President of the Republic of Cyprus and took the ceremonial oath of office in the presence of Italian representatives. The new consulate will serve the Italian community in the Limassol-Paphos region.
