Japan plans 10 million robots by 2040
Japan is implementing a 14-year national investment strategy worth 370 trillion yen (approximately 2.3 trillion dollars) to strengthen its position in the global technology and industrial market by 2040. The program includes combined public and private investments in 17 strategic sectors such as semiconductors, artificial intelligence, and robotics.
