Japanese Fusion Energy Startup Announces Tests for 2027
Japanese company Helical Fusion plans to conduct pre-test operations of its demonstration fusion reactor in 2027. The "Helix HARUKA" project is Japan's first integrated pilot reactor using the helical fusion approach and is intended to establish Helical Fusion as a leader in commercial nuclear fusion energy.
