JPB Cyprus Acquires Genesis Logistics Completely
JPB Cyprus Holding Ltd has reached an agreement to fully acquire Genesis Logistics. The logistics and freight forwarding company from Larnaca thus comes under the control of the Paphos-based investment group. The transaction was reported to the competition authority on August 12 and is still subject to regulatory approval.
