Judicial reform: Electronic court proceedings on new iJustice platform from 2027
Cyprus is modernizing its justice system with the new iJustice platform, which will enable electronic court proceedings from 2027. The user-friendly platform includes digital case management and integrates two new courts: the Maritime Court and the Commercial Court. According to Vice Minister Nikolaos Damianou, the system offers significant benefits for judges, lawyers, and citizens.
