Justice Minister Proposes 'Emergency Button' for Delivery Drivers
Justice Minister Costas Fytiris has proposed that delivery platforms provide their drivers with an 'emergency button' to immediately notify police in case of robberies. The Minister assumes that most attacks on delivery drivers are robberies and not racially motivated. Since police cannot be present everywhere, this technology is intended to serve as an additional safety mechanism.
