KEDIPES Pays 50 Million Euros to State and Offers 800 Housing Units
Cypriot asset management company KEDIPES paid an additional 50 million euros in the second quarter of 2026 to the state, as part of repayment of state support that the former Cooperative Central Bank had received. With this payment, KEDIPES has repaid a total of 1.87 billion euros to the state since beginning operations in 2018. In parallel, 800 housing units are being offered under the 'Rent against Installment' program.
