Knife Attack in Nicosia: Two Women Wounded, Suspect Flees
Police in Nicosia were put on alert Saturday afternoon following a knife attack on two women. A man of Syrian origin allegedly wounded his wife and mother-in-law with a knife; the motives for the attack are initially unclear. Both women were taken to hospital. Police are conducting investigations to apprehend the suspect.
