ΚΟΑΓ Invests 20 Million Euros in 250 Affordable Housing Units
The Cypriot land development organization ΚΟΑΓ allocates 20 million euros from the sale of building rights for the construction of 250 affordable housing units. The housing units are to be sold either as affordable rental space or at a price of 1,650 euros per square meter. The construction of these units is planned in Strovolos.
