Kremlin: Russia's Conditions for Ukraine Peace Agreement Unchanged
The Kremlin stated on Monday that Russia has not changed its positions on the conditions for a peace treaty in Ukraine since Putin's statements in 2024. Russia demands that Kyiv's forces withdraw from four regions that Moscow claims as its own and that Ukraine publicly renounce NATO plans.
