KtίΖΩ housing project stalls – 4.3 million euros in rent arrears
The Cypriot housing program KtίΖΩ is experiencing significant delays as beneficiaries are unable to raise the required 20,000 to 30,000 euros as their share for their new homes. Rental arrears have accumulated to 4.34 million euros. If all beneficiaries were to pay their contributions, the state would receive approximately 6 million euros.
