Land Registry Resolves Dispute Between Co-Owners
The Cypriot Land Registry offers a solution for joint owners who cannot agree. In the example case, three siblings inherited a property and hold it jointly. One wants to use his share and demands a partition, while the others refuse. Article 29 of the law on real property regulates the possibility of separation, even against the will of the other co-owners.
