Larnaca: Dog Owners Protest Vehicle Access Restrictions
The Larnaca District Administration has erected security barriers at Spyros Beach dog beach in the Kassianes area near the airport to restrict vehicle and motorhome access. This has triggered significant protests from dog owners. The district official stated that the barriers extend from the desalination plant to the airport area and serve to protect the beach.
