Latvia rejects sanctions relief for Russian oligarchs
Latvia rejects a proposal that would lift sanctions against Russian billionaires Alisher Usmanov and Mikhail Fridman, while sanctions against approximately 3,000 other Russia-linked individuals and companies would remain.
