Law for Recognition of Prior Service in Public Service
A legislative proposal was discussed on Monday in the parliamentary Economic Affairs Committee that provides for the recognition of prior service of state employees and permanent staff in calculating their retirement leave entitlements. The Finance Ministry sees this as an improvement to the existing system of graded annual leave regulations.
