Lawsuit against Elon Musk's xAI over AI-generated abuse content
A victim of child sexual abuse filed a lawsuit against Elon Musk's company xAI, claiming that the chatbot system Grok used abuse photographs to create new illegal content depicting the victim themselves. The company allegedly misused real abuse images of the plaintiff as training material for the creation of synthetic content.
