Lawyer Criticizes Protection of Attorney Confidentiality in Cyprus
Jurist Achilleas Aimilianidis commented on social media regarding the police search of lawyer Nikos Clerides' house and office during the Easter weekend. In connection with the investigation in the "Santi" case, Aimilianidis points out that Cypriot legislation does not sufficiently protect attorney-client privilege.
