Lawyer Publishes Book with Solution Approach for Cyprus Problem
Lawyer Levon Arakelian has written a book in which he outlines the "fundamental parameters" of a solution to the Cyprus problem. The work "The Fundamental Parameters of Comprehensive Settlement of the Cyprus Problem" addresses six separate discussion areas on the Cyprus problem and negotiations toward a settlement.
