Lawyers withdraw defense of Gäka in Mazzonakis case
Lawyers Nikos and Tellos Agapinós have withdrawn their defense of Ioanna Gäka in the Mazzonakis death case and will henceforth represent only physician Ilias Theodoropoulos. As the lawyers explain, this decision is based solely on legal grounds, as the defense arguments of the two defendants have factual differences that do not permit joint representation.
