Lebanon and Israel conduct US-mediated negotiations in Rome
Lebanon and Israel are negotiating on Tuesday in Rome under US mediation on the implementation of a framework agreement for Israeli withdrawal from South Lebanon. Although expectations for rapid progress are low, diplomacy has continued since the resumption of the Hezbollah-Israel confrontation in March.
