Lebanon calls for extension of ceasefire with Israel
Israel and Lebanon are holding talks again today in Washington at embassy level under US mediation. Lebanon is seeking an extension of the fragile ceasefire that has been in effect since April 17. Before the negotiations, Israel emphasizes that Hezbollah is the only obstacle to a stable peace.
