Legendary Giallouria athletics competitions in Famagusta return
The historic Giallouria athletics competitions are being revived after decades. The Famagusta Education Ministry and Cypriot sports organization KOEAS are reorganizing these events, which were a significant sporting event in Famagusta before 1974 and are dedicated to freedom fighter Petrakis Giallouros.
