Legislative proposal against foreclosures with questionable fees
Four AKEL deputies and the chairman of the Ecological Movement Stavros Papadouris submitted a draft law intended to protect borrowers. The proposal aims to allow debtors to appeal illegal fees and abusive clauses and to suspend foreclosure proceedings.
