Legislator Speaks About Murder of Her Mother in Femicide Context
Legislator Diana Constantinide of Direct Democracy revealed that her mother was murdered in 1993. She spoke following a renewed debate on femicides after an attempted femicide in Limassol, in which a police officer shot his wife and then committed suicide. Constantinide describes herself as one of the "collateral damage" of this violence.
