Limassol: Affordable Housing Delayed Until Summer 2027
The first phase of the joint affordable housing project "Affordable Housing" between the City of Limassol and the Cyprus Land Development Corporation (KOAG) will be slightly delayed. The planned 36 residential units in the Ayios Nicolaos district are now expected to be completed in early summer 2027 instead of earlier as originally planned. Mayor Yiannis Armeftis visited the construction site and confirmed the minor schedule adjustment of the project.
