Limassol and Paphos Drive Two-Thirds of Real Estate Growth
Cyprus's real estate market continues its growth with 13,288 sales contracts in the first eight months of 2026. In August, 1,241 sales contracts were registered, an increase of 10 percent compared to 1,128 in the same month of the previous year. Limassol and Paphos are the engines of this growth, contributing two-thirds of it.
