Limassol mother wins court case against contact ban
An appeals court in Limassol has spared a mother from a prison sentence by overturning a first-instance decision that would have imprisoned her for violating a contact ban with the child's father. The case involved a daughter born in 2014, for whom the mother was granted custody by court order in 2019 and a visitation schedule for the father was established.
