Limassol Municipality: Bicycle and Expenses for Employee
The Auditor General reveals that the Limassol Municipality purchased a bicycle for a contractor while simultaneously paying him travel expense reimbursements. The contractor received two consecutive contracts at increasing prices but failed to submit required monthly reports.
