Limassol records record number of 167 candidacies
In the Limassol electoral district, a total of 167 candidacies for the parliamentary election on 24 May were submitted on the deadline, a new record. The candidates come from 17 party lists and three independent candidates, with a gender ratio of 120 men (71.9%) and 47 women. The high number of candidates demonstrates strong interest in the upcoming election in the region.
