Limassol Tram Project: Routes and Costs Under Planning
The city of Limassol is planning the construction of a tram network, with implementation costs estimated at approximately 500 million euros. A preliminary study shows that property values in areas along the planned routes could increase by around 1.5 billion euros. Mayor Gianni Armeftis also mentions the possibility of a rail connection to Nicosia.
