Lithuanian with Occupied Property from France Extradited
A Lithuanian owner of Greek-Cypriot property in occupied territories was arrested in France in May. The French Court of Appeal in Aix-en-Provence ruled on July 1 in favor of Cyprus's extradition request under the European arrest warrant.
