Lordos United Public Ltd has secured a controlling stake of 51 percent in P&S Carton Industries Ltd for 8.16 million euros. This marks the company's entry into the Cypriot corrugated cardboard packaging sector. The acquisition agreement was signed with the previous shareholders.
