Lottomatica Acquires Spanish Gaming Firm Cirsa
Italian company Lottomatica announced the acquisition of Spanish gaming company Cirsa, creating a new major European gambling corporation. American investment firm Blackstone is the principal shareholder of the new structure, which offers expanded geographic presence in Europe.
