Macron interested in power cable, French take over GSI
French investment firm Meridiam has unexpectedly acquired a stake in the Great Sea Interconnector (GSI). This occurred following an agreement between ADMIE and Meridiam in the presence of the Greek Prime Minister. The GSI was previously fully owned by ADMIE. Cyprus was surprised; Navtex and EBRD study are still required.
