Major Fire at Shooting Range: Villages Agia Anna and Psevdas Evacuated
A fire that broke out at the Kalo Chorio shooting range during National Guard training exercises spread to nearby areas and forced the evacuation of the villages of Agia Anna and later Psevdas. A volunteer firefighter was injured during firefighting operations and hospitalized. Residents of Agia Anna were temporarily housed in an emergency shelter in Mosfiloti while the fires continued to be fought.
